TomaShiftWC (“the App”) is proprietary software developed and owned by Tomahawk Internet Technologies. All rights are reserved except as expressly granted below.
End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement governs your use of TomaShiftWC. By installing or using the App, you agree to this agreement.
Grant of License
Tomahawk Internet Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on your personal mobile device solely for the purpose of accessing your employer's TomaShift workforce management platform.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion of it
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Sell, sublicense, or transfer the App to any third party
- Use the App for any purpose other than its intended workforce management function
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your device.
Ownership
The App and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the exclusive property of Tomahawk Internet Technologies. This agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
