Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the TomaShiftWC mobile application ("the App") developed by Tomahawk Internet Technologies ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By installing, accessing, or using TomaShiftWC, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, are an authorized employee or user of a TomaShift workforce management platform, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

Wampum (WMP) tokens are a proprietary, closed-loop digital incentive token used exclusively within employer-operated TomaShift workforce management systems. WMP tokens:
Tomahawk Internet Technologies is not responsible for the value, redemption, or policies of WMP tokens as administered by your employer.
Your wallet seed phrase (12-word recovery phrase) is generated on your device and stored exclusively in your device's secure storage. You are solely responsible for:
Tomahawk Internet Technologies cannot recover lost wallets, seed phrases, or tokens. Lost seed phrases result in permanent, irrecoverable loss of wallet access.

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Tomahawk Internet Technologies does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tomahawk Internet Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of WMP tokens, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
